French Trip to Paris
Mrs McGarry and Miss Cartlidge took 15 students from Years 11 to 13 to Paris on the 18th of September.
A lot of walking and sight seeing was enjoyed by all as pupils had the chance to see many of Paris' most famous sites. Pupils were lucky to have good weather as they visited le Louvres museum, Notre-Dame cathedral and Le Sacre-Coeur.
The group also went on a boat trip on the river Seine and saw the very impressive Champs-Elysees leading up to the Arc de Triomphe.
Spotting the Chef
The group were also able to meet up with our chef, Trevor Cummings, at the end of his 500KM charity bike ride from London to Paris! It was great seeing him and congratulating him for this impressive achievement.
Well done to the students for their excellent behaviour during the busy weekend. This will hopefully become a regular trip.
