Trinity has recently started a programme of potentially life-saving CPR training with its students.
In conjunction with the British Heart Foundation and GEM 106, Trinity students are being taught the basic principles of CPR: Call - Push - Rescue. The school has been supplied with training equipment that gives the students a hands-on practical session on CPR.
Training for All
This vital lifesaving skill will hopefully never be needed, but Trinity is looking to roll out the training to all of Year 10 before we break up for the summer. We are then looking at delivering the session to all other students as part of the pastoral curriculum.
Many thanks to all have participated so far.
