Rugby League Success

Trinity's Years 7 and 8 Rugby League team were crowned City Champions in June.

The inaugural Nottingham City Rugby League competition took place at Nottingham Outlaws, Lenton Lane stadium.

Years 7 and 8 Boys Rugby League Champions

The tournament involved a number of schools from across the city. They had been refining their rugby skills, focusing on the northern rugby league code. The Trinity Year 8 team were crowned City Rugby Union Champions earlier in the year so were seen as the team to beat, with other teams desperate to get their revenge.

Trinity got off to a flying start, dominating the physical duels and securing hard-fought wins over Djanogly, Ellis Guilford and Bluecoat.

Well Done

The team only lost a single game in a season that saw them crowned City Champions (Union and League) and County Cup runners-up. A fantastic achievement, well done everyone!
